Freddy Rojas Cama holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics at Rutgers University (USA), he is originally from Peru. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Economics at BAU international University. Professor Rojas has domain expertise in solving & developing financial models with insurance and clearinghouses for derivatives and exchanges. He has five years of consultancy experience working at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Inter-American
Development Bank (IADB), and the World Bank (WB) researching on economic performance, financial surveillance & structural market reforms for lower & middle-income countries. Professor Rojas is an expert on implementation of advanced econometric methodologies for country analysis. In addition he has ten years of experience teaching econometrics & macroeconomics in the United States, Chile, & Perú. He gained in-depth expertise in financial data management as a consultant. He worked for two years in the public sector in Chile (Central Bank) and Perú (Ministry of Economics and Finance, Central Bank). He published several articles on international macroeconomics analysis using DSGE models.
